The primary responsibility of this Program Management position is to drive the design, development, and shipment of eHome platform components for 'the managed home network'. In addition, eHome Platform wants to utilize peer-to-peer technologies to create a simple user model for sharing and collaboration. This includes working with internal partner teams, writing specifications, managing project milestones, and working with documentation and tools teams. The ideal candidate with have a solid technical understanding of a broad set of relevant technologies (network setup and configuration, Active Directory, Group Policy, WMI), proven success in managing cross-group work, and the ability to view the product holistically while still being able to manage the details, and must be able to work closely with development, test, and other internal partners. Demonstrated ability to ship complex products is a must.
