Microsoft’s .NET Integration Server Team is looking for talented, motivated people with strong Program Manager skills who can drive solutions across the team and division. In particular, we are seeking a dynamic, experienced, hands-on Program Manager with exceptional leadership and design skills, who is ready to contribute to our next generation of offerings. .NET Integration Server Team is in the critical planning phase for its next release. We are moving away from closed architectures and point-to-point solutions to a more generalized open architecture featuring XML, SOAP, CRT and BizTalk. This new architecture will augment our existing capabilities and enable interoperability between Microsoft’s .NET Enterprise offerings and newer Internet technologies such as J2EE and WebSphere. As part of the .NET Enterprise, Integration Server is designed to work with other .NET Enterprise Servers like BizTalk Server, Commerce Server and SQL Server to build the next generation of Web applications. A solid history of shipping products, designing winning technologies, and great cross group communication is a must. Experience with Windows DNA and Enterprise computing is a plus.
