Want to know more? You will work with internal service delivery customers to gather, prioritize, and negotiate requirements. From there you will write detailed functional and technical specifications and work with the development team to implement. You will need to use strong program management skills to juggle multiple projects while insuring that they are delivered on time and to specification. You will be the primary interface between the customers and development team. You will build long-term relationships with the PSDG business owners and product management, other Microsoft development and operations teams, and external vendors and partners. Interested? You will need to make trade-offs, negotiate, and build consensus based on the fundamental goals of the project and strategic vision of the team. Experience with web technologies (HTML, XML, and Java/VBScript), SQL, Windows2000, and/or Internet Networking will get you bonus points.
